  • $500
Requirements:
  • Any student is eligible for this scholarship!
  • Complete an Application Form
  • Submit a Copy Of Transcript or most recent report card
  • Fill out a Parental/Guardian Release Form and Publicity Release Form
  • Answer the 7 essay questions
  • Submit One Letter Of Recommendation (Teacher, Friend, Counselor, Employer)
